There is no better way to recognise the outstanding achievements of your company or employees than winnng a prestigous award from The Midlands Contact Centre Forum. It offers your company great exposure within the sector as well as being a great event to motivate staff by rewarding great performace & boost morale within your contact centre.

The awards are open to all contact centres within the midlands. Entry to the awards in FREE and is not limited to MCCF members.

We have 12 categories, celebrating both the indiviuals from your Agents to Contact Centre Mangers & company awards designed to recognise other aspects of your operations including 'Best Use of Technology' & 'Best Use of Social Media'.

Nominations will close on the 26th July 2013 (no extentions given), shortlisting will then take place w/c 29th July 2013. Final judging will take place w/c 26th August 2013 and held in one location (exception of site visits). our panel of judges are experts within their field and have been chosen due to their specialist knowledge and experience within the industry.
